Delivery and Postage & Packaging

Our postage rates are based on the weight of your order. This is for our Standard Postage, and does not include insurance. If you wish to have postage insurance, this will incur an extra charge, so please notify us when you pay for your order via PayPal (in the Notes to Seller box) or email us at [email protected] with your order number in the 'Subject' box of your email. Your order will be shipped once you have agreed to and paid the extra charge.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped to you.

Dispatch times - Your order will be shipped within 5 business, though we will always process orders as quickly as possible. Over Bank and Public Holidays, dispatch times may change. We will endeavour to notify you if we find that there may be a significant delay in dispatching your order.

Loss/Damage - We are not responsible for any packages that may be damaged or lost in transit if you do not have postage insurance. If you have postage insurance and your order is damaged, please keep the packaging as photographic evidence so that we can file a claim. If it goes missing, we will contact Canada Post to locate your order, and if unsuccessful, we will replace your order.

Non-Delivery - Please ensure that you give us a full postal address. If your order is unable to be delivered to you as a result of an incomplete address, we cannot accept responsibility. If you wish the order to be sent out to you again, you must pay the postage costs. We will invoice you via PayPal, which must be paid before we dispatch your order again.

We keep a 'Proof Of Postage' for all orders that we send out. If your order gets returned to us because no one has been able to sign for it, or if it goes uncollected from the Post Office, you must pay additional postage to re-send it. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal, which must be paid before we will dispatch your order again.

Payment - We only accept payment for orders via PayPal or email transfer. PayPal is a completely safe and secure way of sending payment. None of your bank/card information is ever held by us. You do not need a PayPal account to send a payment from your credit/debit card. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your bank/card company in relation to paying for an order from us.

Your order will only be shipped once we have received full payment from you. If for any reason your payment does not go through, your order will be cancelled.

Wholesale & Bulk Ordering

If you wish to place a wholesale or bulk order with us, please email as at [email protected] before placing an order. Wholesale & Bulk orders take four to six weeks to make and dispatch, so order in plenty of time.
